  • All children must be accompanied by a RESPONSIBLE ADULT (aged 18 or older) who must remain on premises at all times.

  • All guests must fill out a waiver before entering the playground area.

  • No birthday parties during open play hours without reservation.

  • The Person who paid for ticket is responsible for the Conduct of everyone included. This includes adults. If items are damaged, destroyed, and or conduct is being disruptive or conduct is unbecoming Wisco kidz Place staff will ask that individuals to leave and paying individual may be held responsible for damages.

  • No weapons, licensed or otherwise, are permitted inside the facility.

  • Any grip socks recommended, but socks in general is a MUST. You may purchase socks at front desk if needed. All guardians who are accompanying toddlers/children ages (0-3) in toddler area must remove shoes and also wear socks.

  • Adults understand that if child is wearing regular socks that Wisco Kids Place will not be responsible for child falls.

  • WIsco kidz place will not be responsible for any injuries incurred due to normal play.

  • Toddlers/Children must always be accompanied by an adult into the restrooms - NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Whenever your time is done please leave immediately (we are occupancy based and you will hinder other participates from entering). Extended time can be purchased based off of availability.

  • Diapers must be changed in the restroom/designated areas, not common area.

  • No food, gum, candy or drinks inside the playground.

  • No climbing up the slides; children must go down the slides feet first only.

  • Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

  • Children over the age of 3 are not allowed to play in the toddler playground. Exception: if parent/guardian has more than one child and their ages overlap between both playground areas, they may stay together as long as the older child conducts themselves in a calm, quiet manner and respects the other infants.

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to your personal property.

  • No pushing, shoving, or rough play.

  • Parents are expected to enforce the rules.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guest to listen to staff who are there for your safety. Anyone who does not do so may be asked to leave.

  • All potty training kids should wear pull-ups/ diapers


BIRTHDAY PARTY WAIVER:

  • The Person who booked the Party is responsible for the Conduct of everyone invited to the party. This includes adults. If items are damaged, destroyed, and or conduct is being disruptive or conduct is unbecoming Wisco kidz Place staff will ask that individuals to leave and booking party may be held responsible for damages.

  • Please be mindful of time. You have a 2hr party. We understand younger children are harder to get ready to leave but Wisco Kidz Place reserves the right to charge the booking party if party goes over time. 10 min grace will be granted. We are a occupancy based facility and this may affect people coming in or follow up birthday parties.

  • Wisco Kidz Place will be open to the public for walk ins during Mini and Regular Birthday parties.

  • Older children over 12 years WILL be considered part of the Adult count. IF any children regardless of age play Wisco Kidz Reserves the right to charge you (or count toward your children count) or ask them to leave. (This also includes children that are just “babysitting.”)

  • When booking you will see "additional quantity" ie. 6 kids = 12. The one to one ratio is for occupancy purposes in adults. NOT ADDITIONAL Children.

  • All invites will need to fill out waivers online before arriving that way check in will be speedy

  • No Confetti/Glitter/Silly String or Pinatas

  • No restrictions on food ! You may be able to bring in ANY Food, cupcakes/Cakes, and each room have outlets for crockpots etc

  • You may be able to come “set up” 15 minutes before. (Please understand we may have had a party in front of you. We can accommodate for more time if no party is ahead of you)

  • All invites will be required to wear socks or would be required to purchase socks at front desk.

  • Cancelation policy: ½ down as deposit. Full Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before party. Non refundable within 7 days of party.
